For Wallets, Holsters, and Sheaths, additional questions that are not on the price list but are crucial for building the item are:


For all items:

For Wallets:
* What are the dimensions (length, width, thickness)?
* Is there a preference for the orientation of the bill pocket (e.g., horizontal, vertical)?
* Are there any specific pocket configurations needed beyond the standard options (e.g., a specific number of card slots, a clear ID window)?


For Gun Holsters:
* Which hand is the customer's dominant hand (e.g., right-handed or left-handed)?
* What is the exact make and model of the pistol? (The caliber listed is not enough information for a custom-fit holster.)
* What is the preferred carry position (e.g., IWB - inside the waistband, OWB - outside the waistband, cross-draw, shoulder holster)?
* Is there a preference for the retention style (e.g., passive friction, thumb break, etc.)?


For Knife Sheaths:
* What is the exact make and model of the knife? (The blade length is a good start, but the exact model is needed for a custom-fit sheath.)
* Is it a fixed blade or folding knife?
* What is the preferred carry position (e.g., belt loop, neck carry, boot carry)?
* What is the preferred orientation on the belt (e.g., vertical, horizontal/scout carry, angle)?

Shipping Options & Pick-Up

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Local Pickup: Free (available at our Moore, Oklahoma location)

For local pickup, we will notify you via email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID for verification.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy
1. Order Finalization:
All orders, including custom creations, are considered final upon receipt of full payment. By submitting an order and making a payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Eligibility:
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, materials for each order are procured and work begins shortly after payment is received. Therefore, cancellations are only eligible under the following strict conditions:
* Within 24 Hours of Payment: A customer may request a full refund if the cancellation request is received via email within 24 hours of the payment being processed. This is the only period during which a full refund is possible.
* After 24 Hours but Before 72 Hours: If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but within 72 hours of the payment, a partial refund will be considered, less a non-refundable 50% fee. This fee covers the cost of materials ordered and the labor time already invested in preparing and beginning the project.
3. Non-Refundable Policy:
No refunds or store credit will be issued for any cancellation requests made more than 72 hours after the payment has been processed. At this point, significant labor and material costs have been incurred, and the project is in advanced stages of production.
4. Exceptions:
This policy is non-negotiable and does not have exceptions for any reason, including but not limited to:
* Change of mind
* Order placed by mistake
* Financial difficulties
* Changes to project specifications after the 72-hour window
5. Process for Requesting a Cancellation:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to BEACH.GARYL@GMAIL.COM. The email must include the customer's full name and order number. The date and time of the email will be used to determine if the request falls within the eligibility window. Verbal or social media requests for cancellation will not be accepted.
6. Chargebacks:
The customer agrees not to file a chargeback with their credit card company or bank for a cancellation request that falls outside of the terms of this policy. In the event of a chargeback, the customer will be responsible for all associated fees incurred by BBBeach Leather LLC and any legal costs required to defend against the chargeback.
7. Order Changes:
Requests for changes to an order after the 24-hour window may be subject to additional fees and will extend the estimated production and delivery time. Substantial changes may be treated as a new order, and a new payment will be required.
